What type of motors do your ride on cars have?
Our ride on vehicles are normally powered by either 6V, 12V or 24V electric motors. The product description will indicate which engine the specific model has.
How fast do the kids ride on cars go?
It depends on the surface, but 6V cars can hit up to 3mph (5km/h), 12V cars 5mph (7km/h), and 24V cars 7mph (13km/h) or more. Actual speeds may differ based on terrain.
How long should I charge the battery?
The first charge should be roughly 12 hours. Subsequent charges should be about 8-12 hours. Please do not leave the vehicle on charge overnight as a precaution.
What is the suggested age range?
Electric ride-on cars are suggested for 3 years +. Foot-to-floor and non-electric vehicles are suggested for 2 years +. Always supervise children during use.
Are these toys tested to safety standards?
Yes, our cars meet all required European (CE marking) and US safety standards (ASTM F963).
Do you offer a warranty?
The ride on vehicles come with a 12-month warranty. Issues are typically resolved through remote assistance and replacement of parts if necessary.
