How can I get a sample?
We require payment for samples and their express delivery cost. Once received, we will send the samples to you. Please note that sample prices are higher than mass orders, and delivery charges depend on quantity.

What is your lead time for shipments?
Production is arranged after order and payment confirmation. As all scooters are brand new, production typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Booking shipping takes less than 7 days, and shipping time depends on the destination.
Do you offer OEM services?
Of course. We welcome OEM orders. You only need to provide us with the brand name or logo you wish to use on the products.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% down payment and balance upon fax of the bill of lading, or L/C (Letter of Credit). Sample payments can also be made via Western Union.
